  6. Preheat griddle, keep pizza roti on it, and bake..
  7. Flip the Roti and spread pizza sauce on it.then add chopped veggies on it. Bake it on low flame.
  8. Add grated mozzorela cheese to it. Cook it on low flame. Cover griddle with lid and check in between..
  9. When cheese melts, and veggies and roti cook nicely off the flame. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes on ready pizza. Serve it..
