- Heat oil in a kadhai and add carrots and salt to it and let it cook for sometime till carrots are soft. Now add tomatoes and cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy..
- Let it cool down and churn it into fine paste. Now again heat it and add mixed herbs, chilli powder and sugar and cook for 2 minutes on slow flame..
- Now for paneer chilli, cut paneer and capsicum into small cubes. Prepare a marination. Take a bowl, add maida, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chilli sauce and mix well..
- Marinate all the Paneer and capsicum pieces with this marination and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Then heat a non-stick pan, brush some oil on it and roast paneer and capsicum on both sides flipping it gently..
- Now heat a pan, apply se ghee or butter on one side of pizza base and roast it till it is light brown. Cook it on slow flame..
- Now flip the base and put 3 tbsp of pizza sauce on the roasted side of base. Then add sliced onions, capsicum, Paneer pieces and add cheese. Keep the flame slow through out. Cover the pizza with a lid and let it cook till all cheese melts and the base is crispy..
- Cut it into required pieces and your delicious pizza is ready to serve..
