- Firstly prepared potatoes take a Kadhai add in oil while it’s warm add in cumin & mustard seeds sauté for a minute then add garlic pod,curry leaves & green chilli’s sauté for two minutes then add in potatoes diced now add turmeric powder,salt & a cup of water cover it & cook until potatoes are soften cook till it’s water is soaked & off the flame burner it’s ready for stuffing. Besides prepare the dough using maida, ghee, salt, baking powder knead the dough roughly cover it for 15-20 minutes.
