- Prepare a fine paste of cashews, desiccated coconut powder, mint leaves,coriander leaves if necessary add 3-4 tablespoons water. Pulse in blender until fine paste is ready. Further take a Kadhai add oil in it while it’s warm add cardamoms,cinnamon sticks,cloves,bay leaves sauté for few seconds then add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
